What is kriya and kundalini yoga?
It's a kind of yoga or set of techniques meditation which include the pranayama (yogic breathing). This is the name given to the technique revealed by Mahavatar Babaji to his disciple Lahiri Mahasaya in 1868 in the Himalayas . Kundalini Yoga is defined as the yoga of consciousness or energy, since its object is the awakening of cosmic energy. An energy that awakens through the performance of asanas or yoga postures, pranayama or breathing techniques, mudras or psychic gestures, bandhas or energy keys, mantras or mystical sounds, visualizations and meditation techniques.
